By accessing, registering, or using Store Rav in any capacity, you expressly confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of Store Rav.

This policy applies to all Store Rav services, including but not limited to:

  • Websites and dashboards
  • Mobile and web applications
  • Store owner accounts
  • Customers placing orders
  • Any individual or entity interacting with Store Rav systems directly or indirectly

We may collect and store the following information:

  • Device, IP address, browser, and location data
  • Order history, usage activity, and behavioral patterns
  • Uploaded content (menus, images, text, logos, videos)
  • Communications with Store Rav support

Mobile Information & Text Messaging Consent

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services (e.g., customer service) is permitted.

All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Store Creation & Setup Disclaimer (Very Important)

If you request Store Rav to build, configure, or upload content for your store:

You are solely and fully responsible for reviewing and approving all content before your store goes live.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Menu items and descriptions
  • Pricing, taxes, and fees
  • Images, branding, and media
  • Business details and contact information
  • Policies, links, and operational settings

Store Rav acts strictly as a technical setup assistant.

We are not liable for errors, omissions, losses, legal issues, or consequences resulting from unverified or unreviewed store content.

Final approval responsibility always rests with the store owner.

Pay-Later Option - Strict Use & Legal Enforcement

The Pay-Later option is provided solely as a convenience to support legitimate customers and businesses.

Zero Tolerance for Abuse

Any misuse of the Pay-Later feature - including but not limited to:

  • Fraudulent orders
  • Fake identities or phone numbers
  • Intentional non-payment
  • Attempted testing, probing, or misuse of the system
  • Orders placed to harm a store or Store Rav's reputation

will be treated as fraud.

Legal Consequences

Store Rav reserves the absolute right to:

  • Permanently ban offending users or entities
  • Share data with affected merchants
  • Cooperate fully with law enforcement
  • File police reports and pursue civil and criminal legal action
  • Seek compensation for:
    • Financial losses to partner stores
    • Operational damage
    • Brand and reputation harm to Store Rav

Any action that results in financial loss or reputational damage to Store Rav or its partners will trigger legal enforcement without warning.

Refund Policy (Strict)

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee under the following limited conditions only:

Eligibility

  • Your store receives zero (0) orders within the first 30 days after launch
  • Applies only to first-time customers
  • Refund must be requested within 45 days of store activation

Important Limitations

  • No refunds under any condition after 30 days
  • Store Rav is a self-serve SaaS platform
  • You are responsible for:
    • Subscription management
    • Cancellations
    • Account usage

No Refunds For

  • Design preferences or change of mind
  • Marketing performance or lack of traffic
  • External market conditions

User Responsibility

All content uploaded to Store Rav is entirely your responsibility, including:

  • Photos, logos, and branding
  • Menu descriptions and prices
  • Text, videos, and promotional material

By uploading content, you legally confirm that:

  • You own the content or have proper rights
  • It does not infringe copyrights, trademarks, or IP laws
  • It complies with all applicable laws and regulations

No Store Rav Liability

Store Rav:

  • Does not review or approve uploaded content
  • Is not liable for copyright or IP disputes
  • Will not be responsible for damages, claims, or losses arising from user content

You may edit or remove your content at any time through your dashboard.

Store Rav is a technology platform and website/order-management provider. Store Rav may assist store owners with creating, configuring, generating, or publishing store websites, online ordering pages, landing pages, menus, images, banners, text, layouts, and other digital content.

Store Rav is not responsible or liable for any content displayed on any store website, front page, online ordering page, dashboard, menu, image, logo, text, video, design, layout, product listing, business information, promotional material, or any other content provided, uploaded, approved, generated, edited, or used by the store owner or any authorized user.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Copyrighted material
  • Trademarked names, logos, designs, or branding
  • Images, photos, videos, icons, or graphics
  • Menu descriptions, product names, prices, and business information
  • Text, slogans, offers, promotions, and marketing content
  • Website layouts, sections, buttons, banners, pop-ups, and design elements
  • Any claim related to intellectual property, copyright, trademark, business identity, design similarity, or content ownership

The store owner is solely and fully responsible for reviewing, verifying, approving, editing, disabling, or removing any content on their website or account. By using Store Rav, the store owner confirms that they have the legal right, permission, license, or authority to use all content provided, uploaded, submitted, published, or approved for use on their store website.

Store Rav takes intellectual property, copyright, trademark, and ownership concerns very seriously. Store Rav is committed to reviewing and resolving genuine complaints where valid legal proof is provided. If a claim is found to be true, properly documented, and legally enforceable, Store Rav may take appropriate action, including advising the store owner, disabling access, removing disputed content, editing the affected page, or taking any other action required to resolve the issue.

AI Website Builder & Common Layout Disclaimer

Effective May 10, 2026, many Store Rav websites, landing pages, front pages, banners, sections, and store layouts may be created, assisted, generated, or modified using AI tools, website builders, automation tools, AWS technology, templates, common website structures, and/or general design systems.

Because of this, certain websites may contain similar or identical structures, formats, section arrangements, wording styles, button placements, ordering flows, delivery/pickup sections, menu sections, store information layouts, image placements, banners, colors, or other design patterns.

Examples may include, but are not limited to:

  • “Order Delivery” sections
  • “Order Takeout” sections
  • Store images and food images
  • Store name, address, phone number, and business details
  • Menu and ordering buttons
  • Hero sections, banners, cards, grids, and promotional blocks
  • Common restaurant website layouts
  • AI-generated or builder-generated design elements
  • General design patterns commonly used by restaurants, food businesses, retail stores, and online ordering websites

Such similarities may occur naturally due to the use of AI tools, AWS-based technology, website builders, templates, general layouts, public design patterns, automation, and common restaurant website requirements.

No store, business, individual, or third party may claim ownership over a general website layout, common restaurant ordering structure, AI-generated layout, builder-generated design, standard online ordering format, or commonly used website design pattern unless they can provide clear written legal proof of ownership, registration, authorship, and enforceable rights.

Store Rav does not guarantee that any AI-generated, builder-generated, or template-assisted layout will be unique. Store Rav may reuse, modify, adapt, generate, or publish similar layouts, structures, flows, sections, wording patterns, buttons, banners, and design elements across multiple store websites.

Use of AI tools, AWS technology, website builders, templates, or common design systems does not mean that Store Rav copied, reproduced, or intentionally used any third party's protected work. Similarities in layout, structure, sections, or design flow may result from standard website-building practices, automation, AI-generated output, or common online ordering requirements.

Reporting Copyright, Trademark, IP, or Content Concerns

If you believe that any content, image, text, design, trademark, copyright, logo, brand element, or other material on a Store Rav-powered website is incorrect, unauthorized, infringing, misleading, or legally problematic, you must contact Store Rav in writing at contact@storerav.com.

Store Rav takes intellectual property, copyright, trademark, and ownership concerns very seriously. Store Rav is committed to reviewing and resolving genuine complaints where valid legal proof is provided. If a claim is found to be true, properly documented, and legally enforceable, Store Rav may take appropriate action, including advising the store owner, disabling access, removing disputed content, editing the affected page, or taking any other action required to resolve the issue.

However, Store Rav will not accept vague, verbal, incomplete, unsupported, threatening, misleading, competitive, or bad-faith claims. All claims must be submitted in writing with proper documentation and legal proof.

To submit a claim, you must provide written documentation including, where applicable:

  • Your full legal name, business name, mailing address, phone number, and email address
  • Proof that you are the owner, authorized representative, copyright holder, trademark holder, or legally authorized claimant
  • The exact website URL, page URL, image, text, design, logo, layout, section, or content you are complaining about
  • A clear description of the issue and why you believe the content violates your rights
  • The original source of the content you claim ownership over
  • The creator, author, designer, photographer, developer, or publisher of the original content
  • The creation date, publication date, registration date, first-use date, or first-public-use date of the claimed content
  • Copyright registration details, trademark registration details, business registration details, licensing documents, or other legal proof, if available
  • Source files, original design files, source code, contracts, invoices, licenses, written permissions, purchase records, assignment documents, or any other supporting documents proving ownership
  • Screenshots or records showing where the original content was first used or published
  • A written statement confirming that the information you are providing is accurate and complete
  • A written statement confirming that you are legally authorized to submit the claim
  • A written statement that you understand false, misleading, incomplete, or bad-faith claims may result in liability

Store Rav may request additional information before taking action. Failure to provide complete written proof may result in no action being taken.

Submitting a complaint does not automatically require Store Rav to remove, disable, or edit the disputed content. Store Rav will review the complaint based on the information provided, the nature of the claim, the available evidence, and applicable legal requirements.

Store Rav's Right to Review, Disable, Edit, or Remove Content

If Store Rav receives a valid complaint or independently identifies content that may be unlawful, infringing, misleading, harmful, inappropriate, abusive, or in violation of platform rules, Store Rav reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to:

  • Review the reported content
  • Request additional documents or clarification from the claimant
  • Contact the store owner for clarification
  • Advise the store owner to edit, replace, disable, or remove the content
  • Temporarily disable the content, image, page, website, ordering page, or account
  • Permanently delete or remove content if required
  • Edit or replace content to reduce legal or operational risk
  • Suspend or terminate access to Store Rav services
  • Cooperate with legal authorities, rights holders, affected parties, or service providers when required by law

Store Rav may take action to protect its platform, users, merchants, customers, technology, reputation, and legal interests. However, taking action does not mean Store Rav accepts liability, admits wrongdoing, confirms infringement, or agrees that any claim is valid.

Store Rav's decision to review, edit, disable, remove, or restore content will be made at Store Rav's sole discretion.

No Liability for Store Owner Content or Third-Party Claims

Store Rav acts only as a technology provider. Store Rav does not guarantee, verify, or certify that store owner content is legally compliant, original, non-infringing, accurate, complete, or suitable for use.

Store owners agree that they are fully responsible for all content uploaded, provided, approved, displayed, published, or used on their store website or account.

Store owners agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Store Rav, its owners, directors, employees, contractors, partners, affiliates, technology providers, and service providers from any claim, loss, damage, dispute, demand, legal action, penalty, cost, or expense related to:

  • Content uploaded, provided, approved, or used by the store owner
  • Copyright, trademark, or intellectual property claims
  • Website layout or design similarity claims
  • AI-generated or builder-generated content claims
  • Claims related to AWS technology, AI tools, website builders, templates, layouts, or automation
  • Incorrect business information, pricing, menu items, images, offers, or promotions
  • Unauthorized use of images, logos, text, branding, or business details
  • Any legal issue caused by store owner-provided, store-approved, or store-published content

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Store Rav is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, reputational, financial, operational, punitive, or legal damages arising from content displayed on a store website or related platform page.

This includes, but is not limited to, loss of business, loss of revenue, loss of reputation, legal fees, takedown costs, platform disruption, customer complaints, or third-party claims.

Bad-Faith, False, or Unsupported Claims

Store Rav reserves the right to reject, ignore, or take action against claims that appear to be false, abusive, incomplete, misleading, competitive in nature, intended to damage Store Rav or a store owner, or submitted without proper legal proof.

Any person, business, competitor, agency, or third party submitting a false, misleading, incomplete, unsupported, or bad-faith claim may be held responsible for damages, losses, legal fees, operational disruption, reputational harm, and any other costs caused to Store Rav or affected store owners.

Store Rav may also preserve records of false or bad-faith claims and use them to defend itself, its merchants, its platform, and its legal rights.

Third-Party Services

Store Rav may integrate with external platforms (payment gateways, delivery services, APIs).

We are not responsible for:

  • Downtime or failures of third-party services
  • Financial losses caused by them
  • Their privacy practices or terms

Use of third-party services is entirely at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Store Rav is not liable for:

  • Lost revenue or business opportunities
  • Data loss or security breaches beyond reasonable control
  • Platform outages or interruptions
  • User-generated content
  • Indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages

Use of Store Rav is entirely at your own risk.

Changes take effect immediately upon posting.

Continued use of Store Rav constitutes automatic acceptance of the revised terms.
